BEIJING — The four-point agreement reached on Nov 7 between China and Japan is “a major step” toward the improvement of bilateral relations, Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Nov 8.
Wang made the remarks while meeting with his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida.
