　　At its 28th Meeting, the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress makes the following decision: the members of the First Committee for the Basic Law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress shall, before the members of the Second Committee for the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress are appointed at the First Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, continue to perform their duties.
