    According to the provisions in Article 70 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the work need, the First Session of the Tenth National People's Congress decides that under the Tenth National People's Congress shall be established a Nationalities Affairs Committee, a Law Committee, an Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee, a Financial and Economic Committee, an Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee, a Foreign Affairs Committee, an Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee, an Environment and Resources Protection Committee, and an Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee.
