NPC,  CPPCC Annual Sessions 2009

Chinese top legislator Wu Bangguo on Monday delivered a work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), or the top legislative body, at the second session of the 11th NPC Monday morning.

Chinese leaders Hu Jintao, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Li Changchun, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang and Zhou Yongkang attended the meeting.
