As is revealed at the press conference by Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, NUIST will employ with high salary 7 college deans home and abroad. This is the first time in Jiangsu that a university put forward international public employment for more than half of the positions of college deans.

It is learnt that the employment by NUIST has attracted American Chinese Mr. Zhang Dalin, a world top expert in meteorology. Mr. Zhang Dalin is a tenured professor of the UMUC and has a good reputation among the international meteorology field. He has put forward an overall investigation before deciding to undertake the position as college dean for NUIST. As is analyzed, what attracts him most is the academic atmosphere and mechanism. After signing the contract with NUIST, Mr. Zhang Dalin so far has contacted with several top experts in meteorology, and they all have the intention of undertaking the position of department head and libratory chief.
