Government Structure

There are totally 47 departments in Tianjin Municipal People's Government, which include the general office and 27 principal departments, as well as 20 relevant institutions directly under the leadership of Tianjin Municipal People's Government. Operating in the same building, Bureau of Supervision of Tianjin and Tianjin Commission for Discipline Inspection are only put into the list of government structure but not into the statistical figure of government institutions.

In addition, there are also 6 department management institutions, including Tianjin Legislative Affairs Office under the administration of general office, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Parks under the administration of Tianjin Administrative Commission of City Appearance and Environment, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Price Management under the administration of Tianjin Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Tianjin Municipal Oceanic Bureau under the administration of Tianjin Bureau of Planning and Land Resources, Bureau of Prison Administration plus Bureau of Reeducation-through-labor Administration under the administration of Tianjin Bureau of Justice.
