Li Jia, male, Han nationality, born in Jan. 1961, Dalian, Shenyang, joined the Party in March 1985, and began his job in Aug. 1983, graduate from school of humanities & law of Northeast University major in technological philosophy, part-time postgraduate background, senior engineer with philosophy doctor degree. Successive served as technician, vice section chief, section chief, director assistant, business minister, engineer of Liaoning research center of instrumental analysis, and served as a director clerk at planning department of Liaoning Science & Technology Committee, vice director of Liaoning research center of instrumental analysis, vice Chief Division and Chief Division at science and technology achievements division of Liaoning Science & Technology Committee; and served as vice chief division and member of Party group at Liaoning Science & Technology Committee in 1996; and served as vice chief division and vice secretary of Party group at Liaoning Science & Technology Committee in 1998; and served as deputy director-general and vice director of Party group at Liaoning Science and Technology Department in Jan. 2000; and was posted as member of CPC Shenyang standing committee and executive vice mayor of municipality in Nov. 2000. He won the post of vice mayor of Shenyang People's Government through the election of the First Session of the 13th People's Congress. And became vice governor of Liaoning Provincial People's Government in July 2004.
