Hu Xiaohua, male, Han nationality, born in May 1949 at Jin County, Anhui Province, joined the Chinese Communist Party in March 1973, and began his job in Sept. 1968, major in politics and law at Central Party School, university background. He had been an intellectual young people sent down to Cai village community, Jin County from Dec. 1968 to Aug. 1970. And served for supply and marketing cooperation at Cai village public community, Jin County from Sept. 1970 to Aug. 1984.He had been studying at Party School of CPC Anhui provincial committee from Sept. 1984 to June 1986. And had been an organizer at organization department of Xuancheng local committee, Anhui from July 1986 to May 1988. He had served as office director at Supervision Bureau of Xuanchen Region, Anhui from May 1988 to Mar. 1989. Had been posted as vice county sheriff, county sheriff, and secretary of County Committee of Ninguo County, Anhui from Mar. 1989 to Jan. 1994. And served as the secretary of Xuanzhou City Committee, Anhui Province from Jan. 1994 to Nov. 1995. He had served as assistant secretary of local committee and commissioner of administrative office at Xuancheng, Anhui Province from Nov. 1995 to Apr. 1997. He had been the commissioner of administrative office, Chizhou secretary of local committee, and deputy of the Ninth National People's Congress from Apr. 1997 to Dec. 1998. He had been the secretary of city committee in Fuxin, Liaoning Province from Dec. 1998 to Nov. 2000. And had been the secretary of city committee and deputy of the 16th CPC Congress in Anshan, Liaoning Province from Nov. 2000 to Jan. 2003, and became vice governor of Liaoning Provincial People's Government in Jan. 2003.
