Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China (PBOC) & Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE).

Madam Hu Xiaolian, Master degree, research fellow. After joining the SAFE in 1984, she successively served as Deputy Director and Director of Policy Research Division, Deputy Director-General of Policy and Regulations Department, Deputy Director-General and Director-General of Reserve Management Department, Deputy Administrator. In 2004, she was appointed as Assistant Governor of the PBOC, and now she is Deputy Governor of the PBOC and Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
