Mr. Wei Benhua, Master Degree. He successively served as Deputy Director and Director of International Financial Organizations Division of the People's Bank of China (PBOC), Alternate Executive Director in Asian Development Bank (ADB), Deputy Director-General and Director-General of International Department of PBOC, Alternate Executive Director and Executive Director representing China in International Monetary Fund (IMF). In August 2003, he was appointed as Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
