Lin Wenken, male, Han nationality, was born in Putian, Fujian Province in November 1945 and attained a master's degree from China Academy of Social Science. He has been successively deputy director of research office and deputy director taking charge of general office, Ministry of Justice, director of statute office, General Office, CCCPC, deputy secretary-general and member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC and director of its research office, and the chief of the Discipline Inspection Group dispatched by the Commission to China Academy of Social Science.
