Li Youbo, male, the Han nationality, born in Yingkou city, Liaoning Province. He became a member of CPC in August, 1989, and began his career in August, 1965. In August, 1965, he graduated from the Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering with the degree of Radio, and now is a research professor.
