Zhou Maoping, male, Han nationality, a native of Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province, was born in January 1950. He began working in February 1968 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1970. He graduated as a major of economic management at the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC. He serves as member of the Party Committee of the State Oceanic Administration and secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the State Oceanic Administration, P.R.C..
