Wang Fei, male, Han nationality, a native of Shouguang City, Shandong Province, was born in June 1955. He began working in March 1973 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1977. He graduated as a major of physical oceanography of the Department of Oceanography, Ocean University of China. He serves as member of the Party Committee of the State Oceanic Administration (SOA) and vice-administrator of the State Oceanic Administration, P.R.C..
